Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 2agame platform located at 2agame.today ("the Platform", "2agame", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 2agame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 2agame Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2agame. They apply to all users of the Platform, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other regions where 2agame services are accessed.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 2agame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 2agame does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing 2agame from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 2agame at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Personal Use: You must be registering and playing for personal recreational purposes only. Use of 2agame for commercial gambling operations, arbitrage, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from 2agame or from any other licensed gaming operator's self-exclusion scheme where applicable.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full suite of 2agame products including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and financial transaction services, you must register an account via the 2agame Login page. Account registration requires provision of a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. 2agame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2agame login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to be conducted by you. You must notify 2agame support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

2agame may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

One Account Per Person

Operating more than one 2agame account — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be terminated and associated balances forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits & Payments

2agame accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though 2agame reserves the right to impose limits based on account verification status or responsible gaming assessments.

All deposits are credited to your 2agame PKR wallet. 2agame does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 2agame accepts no liability. Deposits made by methods other than those listed in your 2agame account will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 2agame account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. 2agame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds and to suspend account activity pending the outcome of such review.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from 2agame are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding active bonus funds) are processed within 5–60 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 30 minutes to 4 hours for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to processing volumes and verification status.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied or may be required to submit identity documents before a withdrawal is released.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawing real-money balance while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

2agame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible.

All withdrawal transactions require authorisation via your 2agame withdrawal PIN as a security measure. Failure to complete PIN verification will result in the withdrawal request being held pending resolution with support.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

2agame offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms below and to any specific terms published alongside each promotion on the 2agame platform.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses issued by 2agame have a fixed validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated free spins that have not been used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

Bonus Abuse

2agame strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play across accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.

Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 2agame reserves the right to limit promotional offers by player segment, account history, or geographic location. 2agame may withdraw any bonus at its discretion if it determines that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on 2agame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes determined by trained dealers under independent supervision. Game results are final and binding once the outcome has been determined by the system or live dealer.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system malfunction during gameplay, 2agame will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. However, where restoration is not technically feasible, 2agame reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the at-risk stake to the player's 2agame wallet. This determination rests solely with 2agame and is made with reference to server-side transaction logs.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 2agame and are displayed within each game interface. Players accept these limits as a condition of gameplay. 2agame reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time with prior notice published on the Platform.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2agame Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 2agame.
ii

Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
iii

Colluding with other players, dealers, or 2agame employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game, promotion, or tournament.
iv

Engaging in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime using the 2agame Platform or PKR wallet infrastructure.
v

Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to derive financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be recovered by 2agame.
vi

Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, including operating a minor's account under an adult's name.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

2agame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through your 2agame account settings take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 2agame will take reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform during an active exclusion period.

Section 10

Privacy & Data

2agame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 2agame includes registration information, transaction history, gameplay records, device identifiers, and communications with the support team. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. 2agame does not sell or share player data with third-party advertisers. Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2agame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 2agame Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, unauthorised account access caused by player negligence, or interruption of service for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

2agame does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice to preserve platform integrity or security.

The total aggregate liability of 2agame to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that player's 2agame account at the time the claim arises.

Section 12

Account Termination

You may close your 2agame account at any time by submitting a closure request through the platform settings or via the support team. On account closure, any real-money balance in your 2agame wallet will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any outstanding investigations. Bonus balances and free spins are forfeited on account closure.

2agame reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other players; or (d) applicable law or regulatory obligation requires account closure. In cases of termination for cause, outstanding balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any relevant investigation.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

2agame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be applied without notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at 2agame.today/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
